At Transcendens, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days before being shipped. However, our team strives to ship purchases within 48-72 hours whenever possible.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 10-20 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
  • Carrier Delays: We do not have control over delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us at our support page.


Our Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Products must be unused and in new condition to qualify for a return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Processing Fee: A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return Tracking: To ensure a smooth return process, please complete the tracking form and provide a tracking number.
  • Refunds:
    • A full product refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.
